My friend introduced me to a new happy hour spot downtown. Trillium. This trendy little hidden gem is tucked away in Five Points, an area that I don’t explore too often. My friend was eager to go because of their Scandinavian-inspired cuisine, another unfamiliar thing to me. The second I walked in I was immediately drawn to the lounge! Curved comfy couches, wood-stumps for a table, and pillows and blankets to share. My kind of downtime after work…

I love quiet places like this. I think this definitely has to be one of Denver’s best-kept-secrets. Trendy, but not overwhelmingly crowded. Immaculate food, but not expensive. I spent a good couple of hours exploring everything on the happy hour menu and sipping martinis. AND…sporting my new Chan Luu necklace that I am ridiculously obsessed with. I’ve been wearing it with everything! It totally dressed up my acid-wash jeans and black tank. I crave simplicity when I dress and this necklace is going to become a basic necessity.

Good food, good company, good conversation. Good times at Trillium.

  2. Hello! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could
locate a captcha plugin for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having trouble finding one?

    Thanks a lot!
