Seattle in a nutshell. These photos don’t even begin to cover nearly half of the adventures that I had over the weekend. I love everything about this city. It was nothing like I expected but it was everything that I hoped for! I don’t even know where to begin! I know it’s a little cliche, but my best friend and I were literally sleepless in Seattle. Early mornings, late nights, and adventures in between. And endless fatigue from long days well spent.

It’s mandatory to have an adventure-buddy in life. I know I keep using that word, but you need that someone who will say “yes” to just about anything! Someone who is fearless, daring, spontaneous, energetic, and genuinely fun. My best friend and I have been this way with each other almost our entire lives. And she definitely raised the bar on memories during my visit. We ate at amazing restaurants, relaxed in some of her favorite coffee shops, long-boarding in the park, stand-up paddling in Ballard, shopped in Pikes Market, picnic’d at the beach, and explored the city at night. I want to relive everything that we did. And I’m actually really sad that I didn’t take more photos… But it’s hard to focus on your camera when you’re too busy seeing it all for the first time and taking it all in.

This trip was definitely the highlight of my year so far and I can’t wait to go back. I can’t wait to discover more coffee shops, eat incredible food, have spur-of-the-moment escapes, and spend long days outdoors. And take more pictures to remember it all! I can’t wait, I can’t wait, I can’t wait. Seattle, I will definitely be back for you.

I don’t understand your comment… Were you offended by something I said?
